Jack Goon

Hey! My name is Jack, I received my B.S. in biochemistry and molecular biology, along with a minor in computer science, from UC Davis in 2021. After graduation, I moved to Washington, D.C where I worked in industry, conducting bioinformatic analysis for a cancer immunotherapeutic clinical trial. My interest in CD8+ T-cells led me back to Davis to join the graduate group in immunology (GGI) and XJ Wang's lab. My research interests include cancer immunology, computational biology, and molecular biology. Outside of the lab you can find me reading papers at a coffee shop, going to concerts, hiking, or road tripping!
